Fahad brings over 10 years of M&A, capital raising, and financial analysis experience to Amherst Partners. He specializes in providing analytical and execution support for mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services to middle-market clients across a range of industries, including consumer products and retail, healthcare, technology, automotive and other industrial sectors.
Even the simplest of M&A transactions are complex. Each deal presents its own unique challenges, often requiring strategic insight that’s beyond the scope of quantifiable analysis. It takes a diverse team, with decades of industry experience and understanding of potential roadblocks to achieve the best results for a client, while both maximizing value and mitigating closing risk.
Prior to joining Amherst, Fahad was an associate at Robert Baird where he provided mergers and acquisition advisory to public and private companies in the industrial, healthcare, and distribution sectors. Prior to Baird, he was an associate in the $3 billion Secondary Private Equity Group at Adams Street Partners, focusing on investments across venture capital and buyout funds.
Fahad began his career as an Analyst at JPMorgan Securities where he completed M&A transactions totaling over $5 billion and public equity and debt offerings raising over $4 billion.
