Results

Amherst advised on the sale of the company to the Swedish based, publicly traded Infranor Inter AG.

Infranor Inter AG, a publicly traded company on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SWX: INI) and headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, is a rapidly expanding international factory automation solutions provider. Infranor acquired Automotion to broaden their product offerings and aggressively enter the US market.
