Established in 1916 and headquartered near Cincinnati, Ohio, Multi-Color Corporation manufactures label solutions in the United States, Belgium, Germany, and internationally. The company manufactures pressure sensitive labels; in-mold labels; heat transfer labels; cut and stack labels, including peel-away promotional labels, thermochromics, holographics, and metalized films, as well as scratch-off coupons and static-clings; and roll fed labels. The Company has grown to provide some of the world’s most prominent consumer product brands with premium label solutions.

The company sought increased printing capacity and geographic footprint, in order to better serve clients and potentially service new customers.
