Scott A. Eisenberg –ABI, 2016 Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute
Partner and Co-Founder Scott Eisenberg will be moderating a panel discussion on Representing the Corporate Client in Bankruptcy at the 36th Annual Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Eisenberg has more than 25 years of experience structuring and negotiating transactions and advising companies on financial matters including includes merger & acquisition transactions, restructuring and turnaround engagements, and a wide variety of management advisory services.
The conference will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, on September 29th and September 30th.
Gary N. Lewis – ACG Detroit, Michigan Craft Beer Industry Update
Partner Gary Lewis will participate in a craft beer industry panel sponsored by the Detroit chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Lewis will share insights gained from leading the deal team that secured $25 million in mezzanine growth capital to support BarFly Venture’s expansion of the HopCat brand.
Mr. Mr. Lewis has more than 16 years of investment banking, private investing, and operational experience. His capital raising background spans the entire capital structure, including asset-based, senior cash flow, mezzanine and unitranche debt, structured and private equity.
The panel discussion will be held at HopCat’s Detroit, Michigan, location on Thursday, October 20th.
Sheldon L. Stone – Webinar, Portfolio Companies in Distress: Challenges and Opportunities
Partner and Restructuring Advisory Practice Leader Sheldon Stone and attorneys from the law firm Ice Miller will explore what equity investors need to know regarding financial distress and insolvency in portfolio companies during a webinar on November 16th.
